Chelsea seek permanent Garnacho sale for €50m this summer

Chelsea are looking to sell Alejandro Garnacho on a permanent basis this summer, with a price tag of €50m (£42.6m). The club are ruling out a loan arrangement, preferring a full transfer to recoup the fee.
