Chelsea sign Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa ahead of Arsenal
Chelsea have signed England international Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa, beating Arsenal to a player the Gunners had been expected to land. Chelsea, who finished 10th last season and missed European football, moved late in talks after Arsenal delayed their pursuit. Rogers has made a strong start under Xabi Alonso at Chelsea.
