Five Mexican Second-Division Clubs Appeal Pro/Rel Ban to CAS

Five clubs from Mexico's second division have filed an appeal with the Court of Arbitration for Sport against the Mexican Football Federation and Liga MX over promotion and relegation. CAS confirmed the appeal to ESPN. The case puts pressure on Liga MX's long-standing closed-league structure.
