Herrington Set for £12.6m Hull City Move After World Cup Breakthrough

Eighteen-year-old Australian defender Lucas Herrington, the youngest Australian to start a men's World Cup match, is close to joining newly-promoted Premier League side Hull City for a fee of approximately £12.6m, with £4.4m in add-ons. The deal would make him the second most expensive Australian footballer ever, behind Harry Souttar's £15m move to Leicester City in 2023.
