Napoli have confirmed they will appeal the two-match ban handed to manager Massimiliano Allegri, which followed his dismissal for insulting the referee during their 3-3 draw with Roma. Allegri will be unable to take charge from the touchline while the ban stands, pending the appeal's outcome.
