Rangers complete double deadline day signing of Kelsy and Bouanani

Rangers have signed Kevin Kelsy from Portland Timbers for £9m and brought in winger Badredine Bouanani on loan from Stuttgart. Both arrivals were confirmed on deadline day, giving the club two additions to their squad.
