Real Madrid have publicly confirmed that a €150m offer for Julián Álvarez was rejected by Atlético Madrid. The 26-year-old Argentine striker has scored 49 goals in 106 appearances for Atlético since his 2024 move from Manchester City, and is contracted until 2030. Real president Florentino Pérez had previously pledged to make a club-record bid for a marquee signing.
